When I take my dogs to drop them off at AVC kennels, they don’t even look back at me. They’re that excited to be there. If that isn’t testimony to just how good this place is, I don’t know what could be. My dogs are always clean, happy and in excellent health when we get them back. Could not recommend enough.

My furbabies are so pampered well taken care of..i always use this facility ever since i have my cocker spaniel he is 10 yrs old now hence we were using this facility for 10 yrs now..i have a new adopted female maltese and she is very happy, always see the smile from her face..

Worst boarding ive ever seen.
My dog was crying when i arrived ,he lost 2kgs in 5 days , his fur was falling like crazy ,was literally so afraid that he pooped ON HIS BED, and when i picked him he cried AGAIN ,he never did that when he was a 1month old puppy , months of training ruined in less than a week .

Legal action to follow as this qualifies for animal abuse ,no wonder they dont allow footage and they bring him back outside instead of letting his owner picks him .

Look at the picture to see how dirty he was when i picked him ,even though i called an hour earlier.

The best place to keep your pets when you're traveling out of the United Arab Emirates. The kennels encompass a team of highly skilled, trained and knowledgeable gentlemen who know what their doing. Moreover, they know how to handle dogs well and are exceptional in their work. I always kept my Rottweiler and Pug at the American Veterinary Clinic Kennels whenever I traveled out of the U.A.E and they are the best.

i left my dog with them for a month because i had some issues i had to take care of they weren't considerate they texted me when i was outside the country threatening me to put my dog up for adoption because i didnt pay for one week or two note that i paid before and my interst in getting my dog back is obvious i wasn't abandoning my dog and its very clear i admit i didnt come take him on the dates i suppose to take him because i couldn't and everytime they call or text i respond which means i show great care of my dog. they threatened me multiple times bc i didnt pay for a short period of time when i did pay for the previous times before expanding the period of time. they made me go through a lot. i was getting very very stressed and i was outside the country crying and calling them and they were very inconsiderate and have terrible customer services. no flexibility at alllll. i hope they change their attitude i was very unhappy with it.

The size of the kennels is decent (the biggest available in Abu Dhabi, and I guess in the UAE.
Also my dog seems to like the handler, and when I take him there he's excited, and run to meet the handler
Prices are medium range, when compared to other places.
But
They charge extra for the play time, otherwise the dogs will just stay in the kennel, and will be walked 3 short times
They have very weird working hours, they close for lunch, they close after 5 pm, they close friday afternoon, and they close the whole Saturday
And when they close they don't even answer the phone.
So it is very difficult to deal with them, to make bookings, and to drop off and pick up the dogs from them

I have to say that the handlers and all people working there are very nice and they care about the pets... but they seem to be buried under a lot of workload, because the number of workers is too little to answer the phone and take care of the hosted pets and run the place
For those reasons I am not dealing with them anymore
