From the moment i arrived the store, the staff PRETZELLE did not even approached me she just starred at me as if i can’t afford to buy. I started talking to her nicely since I wanted to exchange the bra i purchased yesterday because i got the wrong size. The way she talks is very rude and she is so lazy to assist. No greetings received. Very bad customer service.

They treat customers with disrespect and not professional at all. Will never visit this branch again.
The manager on duty attitude was terrible at the time of visit when a misunderstanding happened.

Great radio model flying club, one of the friendliest in the NE area. Excellent facilities and a good flight line. Highly recommended!
