The location of the hotel is near to city center.
The hotel had a indoor gym, restaurants, spa, pool and beach side. The pool is fabulous and can relax.
The staff are very supportive. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast is good. Car parking is available (Free).
Overall service is satisfactory and recommended.

The hotel was excellent. Very hygienic and super friendly workers. The food is amazing and especially the service. Lucky and Prince were also very friendly at the pool and took good care of the kids in the small pool so we could enjoy swimming in the pool without worrying. ???? The breakfast was phenomenal. There have also gluten-free, lactose free stuff. The hotel is located in the centrum. Next to the hotel is a big mall etc. everything you need is in the near. I will def visit this place again. Hotel has everything you want in a beach front hotel. The restaurants, pool, pool bar, and facilities were great. The service was first class and the beds were super comfortable. Showers, tub and bathroom were all 5 stars. My only complaint? I didn’t stay longer! I’ll be back.

We stayed at the hotel with our one years old children and it was amazing holiday. The hotel has own shallow private beach which is ideal for kids. All the staff were nice (except for one guard), the room and whole hotel was clean. The Abu Dhabi Mall and the bus stop are really close from the hotel. We have one problem that the guest went to the garden in early morning and booked the sunbeds with their towels so when we arrived at here (about 9-10 a.m.) we could not find free sunbeds. The staff tired to find free sunbeds to us, but it was unpleasant a bit. Maybe they should install more sunbeds in the garden. Other things were perfect.

The location of the hotel is indeed unique!!
We were very happy to reach all the sights easily from this central location.
The food was excellent, with an optimal combination between local and international cuisine. The service is skilled an friendly, Mustafa and Ramila payed much attention to fulfill our wishes and provided also a great company. The beach is pretty, and the cocktails are fantastic!

Staff not friendly at all and Swimming pool very small and Guard staff very difficult with the children not friendly with kids there is no any facility other then swimming pool and the beach I'm not recommended to any one very bad

Firstly, upon arrival, I was greeted with an unwelcoming and indifferent attitude from the front desk staff. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to provide clear instructions regarding hotel amenities, check-in procedures, and available services. This initial encounter set a disappointing tone for the rest of my stay, the cleanliness of the room was far from satisfactory

The noise levels within the hotel were also excessive, causing significant disturbances during the night. Despite multiple requests for assistance, little was done to address the issue. This lack of attention to guest comfort was disheartening and greatly affected my ability to rest and enjoy my stay.

The room had ants, and the ants were not controlled, and I was moved to another room, and it was a very difficult day for me and my family, something very difficult. Video attached FYI

Moreover, the quality of the food and service in the hotel restaurant was severely lacking. The meals were served cold, and the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive.

kindly request that you take my concerns seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly. I hope you will provide a satisfactory resolution and take the necessary steps to improve your hotel's overall quality and guest experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exemplary hospitality by your dedicated staff. The service we received throughout our stay was truly commendable. The staff members were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine warmth and willingness to assist made us feel valued as guests.

The accommodations provided were exquisite. Our rooms were not only spacious and well-appointed but also meticulously maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the furnishings to the amenities, truly exceeded our expectations.

Love the breakfast???? pool is just average but the pool guides were really friendly and amazing attitude. Room is just average but the washroom, the bathtub is really too high then the worst is after a shower it cause a semi flood :/ I have to put 2 huge towels to dried up, got so disappointment.
