Only full star for the food the service is so dissatisfying!! Went and asked the waitress to get salmon with veggies and informed her that I want to return something from lulu just infront of the cafe she said no problem . Then came back and realized that she didn’t passed my order and had to wait 20 mins for the food to be ready !!! This is one 2nd while paying the other waitress she selected the currency while I’m the one who should cause I’m the buyer and wanted to select my currency .. but she act fast and decided on the currency with the machine without even asking me !!! Really hate how rude they are !!

It's becoming my favourite hot spot in my neighborhood. Great service, very affordable prices, good menu items and shisha. The order came super fast and the staff are super accommodating. I'll def visit again.

Had a mexican burger yesterday ,after one bight i sent it back .Don’t think it was beef ???? weird smell .I told 2 of the staff about it .nobody cared ,no supervisor around to check with me and investigate .Poor service recovery .Will
Never eat there again .

Honestly the worst
The staff don’t understand you when you place an order
They forget your order then make excuses
I am not sure if they are trained in hospitality at all. They also refuse to give you the managers information. It has the potential to be such a good cafe. But the wait staff have such a poor attitude and are genuinely not trained for customer service. I am baffled with how it is still in business. Four of us ordered coffee and breakfast. By the time the other three finished their breakfast, I was still waiting on mine. The chef hadn’t started and when I enquired the wait staff lied to me saying it was coming. But I could see they hadn’t started yet.
The coffee was burnt and definitely not a cappuccino
I do not recommend wasting your time, patience or money here.

Amazing coffee shop on the ground floor of Al Raha mall.
They serve breakfast options throughout the day.

Nice place for chill after long day of working …. I love their food i always go there because i can watch movies or just watching youtube videos
