The worst Real Estate company I have dealt with. The management and the maintenance team are only good at lying. Houses have so many problems that they dont care to fix, specially bathrooms (sewege smell, uncontrollable water temperature), Air Conditioners will randomly stop working and the maintenance team will take at least 4 hours to arrive (more fun during 45c summers), a lot of other issues as well.
Don’t expect to have your full insurance money back (12.5k dhs) because thats how they spend money preparing the house for the next tenant, simply with your money.
After living there for 1 miserable year, I do not recommend anyone to even consider it as a choice.

Bad service, complaints aren’t followed up, not worth the amount of rent.

Edit:
When I finished my rent contract, they didn’t reimburse half of the deposit for “deep cleaning” and a “full repainting” of the house, even though it was cleaner than when I started the rent, wouldn’t recommend renting here to anyone.

I am happy with the location and the facilities BUT the main problem is the extremely poor house maintenance and management of the compound. I have a water leakage that has not been resolved for more than two months and my utilities water bill has skyrocketed paying unnecessarily for wasted water

A very dangerous place to live in! Unfortunately it is poorly managed.

I have reported water leakage several time and they just came to take photo of the place and recently the roof fell, luckily it did not hurt me or my family. Also water leakage came to the stairs and luckily again nobody got hurt.
So many issues are in the house and they do not respond to them. However only after the ceiling fell they started to take baby step action.
Btw, the ceiling was never fixed!
My store was flooded with water and all what they did was taking pictures as if I opened a show room for them to study the house.

For the past 3 months I keep getting electricity issue, AC issue, water heater issue (I had to take cold water shower) and water was not clean. These issue were going back and forth and were not resolved professionally.
