They should waive all of the penalties except the fraud cases until they have a clear answers to the quires raise by the market.
For sure many companies following a mistreatment toward the vat currently. Even the Tax agents have to refer to FTA to answer you after 40 days.
You need to have a proper advise and allow the people to correct their tax position by understanding each business needs.
I suggest to segregate the call center by industry and have an expert people to answer the queries and guide the people properly then structure your penalties.

Did anyone ever try to fix a technical issue that is on their website?? I have been contacting (phone + email) for over a month now. I keep receiving new request numbers but 0 actions!

System is not working well,leads to accumulation of fines , no one to talk to about it.call center agent is not supportive at all.
he advised to send an email and we did. still waiting for their reply!

Dubai customer service staff much better than Abu Dhabi customer service staff, Dubai office customer service staff more helpful and more knowledgeable and they so welcomed there customer, myself I visited the both offices but there is a big difference between Dubai and Abu Dhabi , I hope Abu Dubai customer service become more helpful and knowledgeable like Dubai sustainer service

The call centre is very very poor knowledge and attitude as well as call centre skills..
It is the the face of FTA. I am disappointed that in may country UAE.

Great experience from start to finish during a house move. Quick, clear and informative communication during the quoting/booking stages, and great efficiency on the day of the move. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable with the process. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Friendly and helpful removers, were very efficient and took great care with everything. We have moved quite a lot over the years and Ruby Removals are the best removers we've had so far.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ruby Removals to anyone, every aspect of my experience with this company was first class.
Excellent communication and response time, really friendly and helpful people who are extremely professional, calm, organized, polite and efficient, and most certainly know their job, They definitely went over and above to complete the removal of my items, I didn't think that companies like this still existed it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them, the price was very reasonable as well.

We had such a positive experience with Ruby removals. The guys that helped us move were really nice and so accommodating when things didn't go to plan. They went above and beyond to make sure the move went as smoothly as possible.
5/5 service will be recommending to anyone I know who is moving in the future

Friendly, professional, patient, and helpful from first contact to advice in a follow up email, right through to helping us move three floors worth of furniture and heavy boxes quickly and carefully to our new house. It's also worth noting that this was on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year in the middle of a heatwave with an unexpected appearance from door blocking builders on arrival at the house. Extremely professional and highly recommended!
