Purchased an A class last month, Norman was amazing to deal with. Very reassuring, kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I was 100% happy before/during/after purchase , such a pleasant experience. I recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra GTC.
The car was in absolutely amazing condition with no issues what so ever.
These guys were so friendly and helpful and went all out to make my purchase easy and hassle free.
My car was serviced and came with a full 12 months MOT + 3 months warranty.
When I came to collect the car it was gleaming they even came in especially early to clean it before I arrived.
( it was only dirty due to being stood during Lockdown )
On arrival they had sorted all the paperwork out and had even taxed my car.
The whole experience was a truly memorable and happy one and I drove away feeling Very Happy and Very Satisfied.
I would highly recommend Click Cars NE to anyone looking for a Quality Used Car with an Outstanding Service.

Bought my new Citroen C4 from them the car is nice, clean, tidy, and runs fantastically. The customer service was spot on with no pushy sales person. The staff ( Paul ) was nice, friendly, and very helpful. Which made buying a new car nice and easy and stress free. Would highly recommend. Five stars from me. Many thanks for making buying my new car a pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service and great cars.
We purchased a VW from Norman and words cant describe how happy I am with my new car as well as the customer service I received from Norman. I asked if he could bring the price

down before I went to see the car and Norman didn't budge however once I seen the car I realised it was priced very fairly, Norman carried out all the necessary work and provided me with all the details, complete histroy and the paperwork. He has been very honest throughout the purchase. Thank you for such a great experience and hopefully found a dealer for life ???? Added to my list of favourites????

I have just bought a Range Rover Evoque from Norman at ClickCarsNE and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courteous manner in which i was dealt.

We purchased Evie the Evoke from Norman a couple of weeks ago, fab service, lovely guy, test drove it on the Monday picked it up on the Tuesday, would definitely go there again ????
