It’s alright, staff members are great, they got a selection of various vending machines.
This place is in serious need of chairs. Although it doesn’t get too crowded any more ever since most of everything became online based, there are people that still need to come here, especially when they inspect their vehicles.
Some of the online kiosks regularly need to be looked at, but other than that, it’s alright in general.

They forced me to buy the wipers in order to pass the car exam, and they did not check my break pads. I think they are more profitable than care about safety.

I arrived at the Vehicle Licensing office around 8am on a Monday morning, was surprised it was so quiet. My registration case was rather complex and I could not carry out part of it on my mobile phone online. The young lady behind the counter was just soooooo helpful and completed the registration changes on her computer. Total time involved less than 30 minutes. A big thank you very much.

I have been to this office many times, all the staff is very good. Few days back I went there to just update my signatures, the lady at counter six was quite rude.

In Ramadan you won't expect anything like this. I hope management can look into what their staff is upto, Don't let any of the employee made bad impact on the reputation of this department.

The service is OK but slow for no good reason. The technician spends more half the time processing payments instead of inspecting cars. There is a real room for improvement. You can cut the waiting time in half and double efficiency if one cashier is added to process payments before reaching inspection bay. This is not a high cost solution!!

Honestly, credit where due, they've optimised the process to the point where I don't think it can be much more efficient. Inspection took 10 min, renewal took 5 min via mobile app. Well done!

Was looking for a specific door lock size. The lady on the till went through the whole book with me and opened several locks to make sure it was correct. Brilliant service would highly recommend

Outstanding, help, advice and service. 10/10...UPDATE::::::ordered some online stock ....Tuesday 12.30 hrs. Text Wednesday not long after11.oo hrs...ready for collection. 23 hrs. Plus Staff are just so nice and very helpfull. Busy, busy branch, but no pressure to complete purchases. Staff all 10/10
