Lulu supermarkets are generally ordinary. Price tags are often unclear or missing, the trolleys and baskets are always filthy and they don't stock many products like kale, anchovies, and fly paper. I only go to Lulu because it's close. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and helpful and they have a good expiry/reduction section that sometimes has bargains.

I recently visited Lulu Hypermarket in Baniyas, and I must say it was an exceptional shopping experience for all my home needs. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the vast selection of home goods they had to offer.

Good shopping centre, but there are less offers compared to other branches.
Usually it’s not crowded except during the rush hours. There are multiple items and almost everything is available in the stocks within multiple locations/floors. So that only important items are available here in the ground floor.
In my opinion I see it’s cheap and almost everything is discounted here in groceries, and there is a variety of organic food and healthy department is full of goods.
Looking at the location it’s near the free parkings and 1 minute walk to the LULU Centre. However there are many cashes in several points and slots wherever you want in This modern shopping centre.
As a few people know this centre, it is affordable and very famous in the city area (Bani Yas East )
The staff are very cooperative and the electrical appliances are under waranty for one year, but it could be extended with extra payment.
The most wonderful thing here is the well-organized style and the way your favorite shopping goods are distributed by a professional team with high standards.

Smaller store on multiple levels, didn't feel all that clean. Produce was good, limited range of butchered meat, staff quite indifferent and just as happy to talk to each other as serve customers. I wouldn't return.

Love this place. One of the nice Lulu whee you have variety of grocery stuff, clothes, shoes, electronics etc . Always love this place

I recommend to every one don’t Buy Lulu Trade Mark Frozen Motten Somasa In side potato Green peas and fully Fat no any thing like motten also other Frozen item bad experience so any other kind off item Please don’t buy it its wast off Money.

It's was bad experience with this branch
Very very very poor customer service, also the delivery service poor poor they will weste your time and easy to say sorry we cannot deliver at this time even if you agreed in advance
I will not recommend never ever
Am not happy at all with this services.
