I went to receive money from lulu which was send from another branch of lulu through Western union, but they are asking 10 dirham withdrawal charge from me. already paid the charges by sender and dono why they need from me also.

Worst staff ever seen. Taking hours for simgle transactions. Most of them are busy on thwre phones & treating the customers like slaves.
