The building is okay and the apartments are nice but

If you have the misfortune of communicating with the property manager at ICT Mohammed Khalaf then know that none of your issues will be resolved and moreover, you’ll be treated poorly and unprofessionally.

1- you wont find any parkings outside if you’re living with someone.

2- the prices are too steep for an empty area with poor entrances.

3- The area doesn’t have any supermarkets or anything at walking distance so you have to drive (and lose your parking spot)

4- most of the reviews left here are by agents so it doesn’t really show the real issues with the place that should be fixed.

5- there’s an ant infestation in the apartment 4 months after moving in.

6- finding directions to this place is very confusing and giving someone directions is worse (especially with the parking situation)

I hope these issues get fixed but just live somewhere else this place isn’t worth it.

Worst leasing office staff ever.
If you are looking for 3beds please don't choose this place. They will give you a bus parking where if you have two cars you have to park them behind each other ,, where If you have an emergency you better die rather than saving the situation. The leasing office will give you an email and they will ask you to write an aggressive email to the ICT company but they will always give you the answer that you dont want and they will never reassign your parking lot.

There is a guy called Mohammed Khalaf , he will never help you. They literally don't care if you leave or stay as" the community has high demand."

I'm trying to sleep, but I can't stop thinking who will hit my car the next morning!!!!!

The buildings and the views are amazing. Hiwver, everything takes forever. If you own an electric car, don't think about coming close to this area. I requested a no objection letter, they sent me a list of forms and required documents that will take months.

Every one writing reviews in here are real estate brokers,, don't believe their 5 star rating because regardless of the view this place is bad especially the management and leasingoffice!

This area Luluat Al raha is located one of the side corner of sea… near to Coin or dome building behind Raha beach hotel…so clean and ready to move apartments

A developing place. Town Houses and villas are good. Apartments are gradually getting occupied.

Will be beautiful. Still under construction for the next 6 months but the finishings are of good quality and both apartments and townhouses are now being turned over.
