Worst customer experience ever at this outlet.
I arrived 15 mins before the closing time to see that the shop is already closed. After knocking on the door several times, I was allowed to enter. I wanted to use a Groupon voucher I had purchased, but I was told Groupon is closed for today so I have to buy at regular price (the terms and conditions doesn't state this fact). Moreover, the store-in charge (Gino) claimed "it is his store and he can close at whatever time as per his wish". Will never visit this outlet in future.

Very friendly staff. Small shop, but efficient variety of wines and beers. Value for money. Great promotions.

It is a retail shop. So Retail fees is levied. Always visit whole sale shop. Like Cheers Mussafah.
