This is a great place for kids. We love the staffs; very accommodating, approachable & cheerful. Especially Ms. Angel, our little one had so much fun playing with her.

Amazing place for multi groups.. amazing coaches.. organizers are very cooperative and attended to last min requirements. Highly recommended for bday parties. I had 2 at the same time (7 and 4) and was managed perfectly.

My kids went there for summer camp and they definitely had fun. Each group has 1 coach to guide them through and the staff r very attentive especially Angela she was following up with me coz my daughter was a bit anxious and helped her enjoy the day. Thank you

My kids just love this amazing place and the team are unbelievably great with the kids. Very cool games and fulfilling their energy.

The place is good, but the problem is the system and staff!!!
Unless you are lucky with good staff or the staff for some reason feel good that day, you won’t get the bracelet that the kids can scan while playing, which gives good sense of achievement. And the problem with the system is that if the kid starts 10 minutes past the hour s/he won’t be given extra 10 minutes to complete full hour! Just does not make any sense no matter how hard they try to explain why this is the case!!!

So glad I had my sons 4th birthday party at Madcap. The team seamlessly helped me organize everything- they showed efficient communication skills in every way- from answering the phone quickly, arranging the guest list on WhatsApp and on the actual day. They handled 26 kids aged 4 and below with ease and were enthusiastic and fun. It was honestly every parents dream party; I had to do nothing but greet people at the door, and then I got to enjoy a cup of coffee with other parents while the kids played with the assigned entertainers. The quality of food was amazing too- the kids loved the pizza and nuggets. Such a crowd pleaser. All in all it was hands down the best birthday package in Abu Dhabi- and one of the more reasonable prices per child too for a high quality event. I’ll probably be back next year!

Uma is a very amazing employee, she has made our experience one to remember. She is very positive and madcap abudhabi should be proud to have such an extraordinary member in their staff.
