The workers were very pleasant with us mostly the black man who was calling out for customers told us to try on their ice cream. with an attractive smile. The ice cream was delicious.

Went by and grabbed a sample of the blueberry and original...and just...wow ...my friend got the mango froyo and equally ...wow. for your cooling down and refreshing midday Abu Dhabi needs, go here...try a lot of delicious gelato (particularly the Pinguino one...and no...it's not penguin flavor, well, I never ate penguin...maybe penguins do taste like rose water and pistachios ????)

Very pleasant and patient with kids workers, allowed to taste almost every ice cream they had. Always with a smile. The ice cream was delicious

The Strawberry ice cream was very delicious.

Café Americano tasted bitter, like burnt. After complaining to staff they referrered to the taste of the coffee beans from Uganda. After two small sips we chucked the coffee in the bin.

Customer service would have been to brew a new coffee.

When we arrived all tables were occupied, also by non-customers of the restaurant. By mentioning it to the staff she apologised, but didn’t do any thing to rectify the issue.

Customer service is horrible. The staff needs to be trained. The gelato ice cream is extremely delicious. Pricing was confusing so when my husband questioned the staff about the price twice the staff got annoyed and was rude.
Train your staff to be polite with customers.
