Location of the store very good. Staff very friendly and attentive. All items in the store looks unique and colors are amazing . Owner have nice taste and very special style . Quality of the clothes very good and specially materials for UAE weather.

Worst customer service, owner is so rude

Return policy is within only 2 days, where u cannot check their new designs,, had a very very bad experience, going to file a complaint with the customer protection.

Dresses: material is so bad and the cut even worse

Won’t encourage anyone to visit there

** owner wasn’t helpful at all to solve the problem,, she stopped picking her phone up ( the number which provided by the shop and Google) and was unprofessional at all, she hanged up the call while I was talking ,, this is how polite and professional they are

Very nice collection of modest clothing. I bought 2 sets which fit perfectly and the prices are very reasonable. Quality of most items is very good and the ladies working in the store were very helpful. Will definitely come back again, and I will shop from the app too

Superb little shop we bought two Pewter Glasses on an Oak plinth 4 years ago and returned on Sunday and purchased the Stag Decanter and glasses set . Really nice Gentleman we dealt with both times excellent service and so friendly . Delighted Thank You

The best gift shop in Inveraray, there’s so many unique things to choose from. We got all our holiday gifts and some lovely things for ourselves. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Fabulous gift shop, so many lovely things to choose from, and great to see a shop supporting lots of local arts and crafts. The chap working was so helpful, and told us lots of interesting facts on the area, will definitely be making a point to visit this shop when in the area.

Bonnie by name and Bonny by nature. The staff in the shop were so helpful in assisting me choose a present for a family member. I was nervous handling some of the very delicate pieces of glass but the chap made me feel at ease and said it was important to get a good view and handle the beautiful bespoke artwork. I would certainly recommend dropping in if you’re in need of good friendly service and amazing artwork and gifts.

Just went into this shop with my family with the intention of buying a glass item that we saw in the window. As soon as we entered the shop keeper told us the shop was too small for our pushchair. All the other shops that were smaller and tighter were fine. Appalling attitude from the shop keeper, we will spend our money elsewhere. Talk about not being made to feel welcome. Disgusted. Great advert for your town and country

What a wonderful little shop Bonnie Argyll is. They have some really beautiful gifts and the glass artwork by a local artist is exquisite. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful when I was looking for a unique gift for my friend. I’d definitely recommend this shop if you’re going to Inveraray.

Wonderful service from Jules. I contacted the shop via the internet on a weekend. Having seen a gorgeous bamboo cup with puffins on it. I then saw a great hat, on the website too. I bought both and received them today. Quick, easy service and beautiful products. Thank you

Went in the shop today with my children aged 12 and 15 for a look round, they had some nice wool hats and some hand cream we were interested in. Went to look in some other shops then my children both went back in this shop and I followed them there a little while later. We were looking at some items and trying some of the hand cream. My son was looking at some gloves he liked but he didn’t realise they were ladies gloves. The shop owner was very unpleasant, shouting at him that they were ladies gloves and said to me that thought they were up to something as they’d been in a couple of times, basically implying that they were shoplifting . I was astounded by how rude, judgemental and unpleasant he was. If you don’t like browsing tourists don’t run a souvenir shop. I was really quite upset, my children are polite and respectful and didn’t deserve to be treated like that. Needless to say we didn’t buy the hat or anything and bought our souvenirs in one of the other shops where we were treated with respect.
