I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter with Al Sagr Insurance that has left me thoroughly disappointed. When I reached out to their customer service department for assistance, I was subjected to a series of call transfers that seemed to go nowhere, leading to a complete lack of resolution. Even more disheartening was the fact that my subsequent emails seeking help went completely unanswered.
As a policyholder, I place great importance on efficient communication and prompt customer service. Unfortunately, Al Sagr Insurance failed to deliver on both fronts. The constant call transfers and complete lack of response to my emails made me feel undervalued as a customer and left me in a state of utter frustration.
I sincerely hope that Al Sagr Insurance takes immediate action to rectify their customer service issues. It is crucial for them to establish efficient call handling procedures and ensure that customer inquiries, especially those sent via email, receive the attention and response they deserve.
I implore Al Sagr Insurance to consider this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations. As a policyholder, I expect a higher level of service and communication from Al Sagr Insurance.

worst company ever I saw I dont understand why UAE government has given these kind of companies licence or still opartional. insurance authorities must close these kind of scammer insurance Companies must be closed forever... very bad experience and will never ever take their insurance even they say we will give for free I wont... worst experience.

Very bad company i have more than 3 days am trying to have a coc certificate no one give the right answer all this cuz i change to another insurance company thats why i will complain them to the insurance authority i had a very bad experience with them

The company deserves the title: the worst of the worst. Even this 1 single star is waaaaaaaaay more than what you really deserve. This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had with an “insurance company “ you totally don’t deserve 1 single dirham of the money that we are paying

This is the worst insurance . Please don't take anybody this insurance. My brother working abu Dhabi .he got accident we check every single hospital this insurance not working there. Wrosst insurance

Worst Experience with their health insurance. Very small things need approval. Its been more than a week I have been going to pharmacy and they say your health insurance need to approve the medicines. Whats the benefit of my insurance if I cant get a medicine if I am sick.

I wish we had a way to report this department of health.
