Have been here 4 nights - Jane the host is lovely. Room & en suite spotless, bed very comfy . All needs catered for whether it be extra milk,coffee for your room or yogurts or different cereal for breakfast. Full English delicious.
Only thing Jane didn't supply was good weather on first day ! It did improve - now I'm not ready to leave. Thank you & best wishes for future.

Excellent accommodation. Very well appointed. Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble. Jane the host was superb and very friendly. We were cycling coast to coast, we arrived about 7pm soaking wet and she was very helpful and understanding.
Highly recommended.

Really nice stay. Jane and Wayne are very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms was fantastic and immaculate. Which with the long days working in the cold was nice to come back too. Will use again when in the area. Thanks for looking after us.

This is the best customer service I have EVER received. From booking the stay Jane was in touch with me to see if there was anything i needed before arrival. I had booked this stay to go on the Weardale Railway with my 7 year old (Train to Christmas town). I was overwhelmed when we arrived, our room was all trimmed up with Santa Duvets and christmas decorations. My little one even had a selection box waiting for her (What a lovely personal touch) - All I can say was "Where was mine"? :0). I stay in hotels regularly and this B&B room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in with a lovely view. I requested breakfast at 9am and it was on the table for 9am (what amazing service), there was everything you could want and my little one ate more than me she enjoyed it that much. (Anything was cooked on demand). My little girl also received another little gift when we left and Dennis offered to take us down to the railway to avoid traffic and pointed out the short walk back. We didn't want to leave and will definately be returning.

One more thing I forgot, as we stayed in the childrens room there was no TV and asked if one could be moved and instead another room was opened up for us. I just cannot fault this stay

A lovely friendly welcome from our host, bedroom and bathroom absolutely beautiful and cosy. Just what we needed after a long drive. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner stopped here a few months ago I was up visiting my mam
When I say this place is outstanding I mean it the rooms are perfect the food we had was fantastic and Jane did everything to make our stay amazing I would like to thank her for the amazing time we spent there and will stop there again very soon thank you

Lovely room, very clean and owners have been magic, I also recommend having the evening meal as Jane is a fantastic cook.

Lovely home, room and hosts. Would definitely stay there again. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality is excellent.
