Firstly teach some manners to your egyptian counter staff, unfortunately i happened to visit zakher branch, when i asked about the menu the answer was “its arabic food” and when i tried to inquire about burgers and even sandwiches the answer was “it will take 35 to 45 minutes can you wait for that time???” “ts arabic food no spicy”what kind of ethics your staff is having ? if you are doing a business in UAE you are obliged to serve your customer despite his ethnicity and with decency. its a crime to do blunt racism, So i request the owners to take this matter seriously…as being new to Al Ain i was recommended Mallah by my colleague in UAEU to try it …. It turned out to be a nightmare!!! thank you

Great Food, love the custard pistachio drink(My new favorite) overall staffs are very smiling and happy always, quick to take orders and service is great! Must visit if ur in Alain.
