On a very busy Thursday afternoon I was unable to book my usual taxi home from my daughter's home so went on line and found Frankies Taxis Exeter. The booking was easy and I came outside about 5 minutes ahead of time, to wait. Dead on time the taxi arrived and the vehicle was immaculate. The driver stowed my bags safely in the boot. The drive to my home (now in traffic that was building up) was relaxed and the driver very pleasant and well mannered and helpful. When we arrived at my home, he ensured that I was safely out of the car and to my front door with my bags before he left. Will certainly use Frankies again.

At 13.40 one of your taxis took the one way part of Salters Road in the wrong direction and at high speed.
Luckily there was no oncoming traffic or kids around.

Turned up on time and drove us directly to our destination efficiently. We were however charged £15 for the trip, imagine my surprise then when on the return trip we were charged £9.10 for rhe same journey? We have been ripped off!! Won't be using again and I would advise anyone reading this to not use either. Rant over.

I pre booked/ prepaid for a taxi to pick 3 people up at 00:15am. No one turned up. After trying to call to find out where our taxi was, we got a voicemail to say the office was closed. Awe managed to get a lift back with a local taxi driver after waiting for our taxi for an hour and a half. He informed me they had also ripped us off massively on the price to get us back to our hotel. Poor service.

We needed a taxi company to drive us around all day for a family wedding. Frankies Taxis was reasonably priced, reliable and always on time for each pick up. Highly recommend their services!

The heavens opened while the taxi was en route, and Heavitree Road flooded, but they still made it. Then went above and beyond helping carry my stuff to my door in torrential rain. THANK YOU!!

Very competitive prices! Good for a student like me. Much cheaper than the other well known companies of Exeter.
