I purchased a pair of pants and it needed alterations to the hem. I was texted 6 days later to pick up the pants. To my dismay when I got home- no alterations had been done. The place where a fold had been marked by pressing it with my fingers was still visible. This is very disappointing and shows no customer care whatsoever especially after I was messaged by the Mango Retail store to pick up garment after 6 days of waiting. This is unacceptable.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ..THE LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS VERY RUDE SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I CALLED ON THE WRONG TIME AND VERY UNWELCOME,AND VERY UNHELPFUL SHE DIDN’T ANSWER MY MAIN QUESTION ..WILL NEVER CALL OR GO THERE AGAIN AND IF I CAN GIVE -5 REVIEW I WOULD GIVE ..
