Ce compound a tout d’un endroit paradisiaque (piscine intérieure et extérieure, salle de sport , Spinneys, cours de sports collectifs, personnel très sympathique ) mais il est de moins en moins agréable d’y vivre . Des événements privés y sont organisés régulièrement (nuisances sonores , détritus laissés , personnes garées devant chez vous, vous empêchant de stationner devant votre villa ).
Il y a surtout de plus en plus d’incivilités : personnes à vélo ou en trottinettes électriques roulants à contre sens , voitures qui prennent les ronds ponts à l’envers , personnes stationnés devant le Spinneys sur la route , enfants laissés seuls jours et nuits (jusqu’à parfois 23h) faisant des incivilités (bruit, dessins sur les voitures , ils entrent dans les jardins pour récupérer des ballons etc) . Ce n’était pas comme ça avant .
C’est vraiment dommage .

Marine Lake is great for a number of activities.

Water sports are held on here - Paddle boarding and the large inflatable obstacle course with slides.

Swimming is allowed at certain times of the day.

Why not purchase a crab-line, bucket, net and bait from one of the shops opposite and spend sometime catching crabs off the pier with the little ones. Please make sure to take all litter and loose fishing line home or dispose of in the crab tackle tube bins.

The only downside was the bottles and cans that floated around certain parts of the marine.
