I visited this shop for the first time last week. Friendly and helpful staff. They had a box of 'older' phones for £20 which I thought was a great idea for a first phone for children or a second phone when you are out where you are worried your phone might get lost or damaged.
As I was after the s23 Ultra I asked if they would take monthly payments which he said he would consider. Great if you can't pay all upfront. Great selection.

Visited here today on the recommendation of a family member, who rates them highly. We needed a screen replaced on a Samsung phone, the service was swift(Replaced in 30 minutes!) friendly and also well priced. We were given an opportunity to test the phone afterwards and they seemed to genuinely care that we were satisfied with the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will certainly recommend them.????

Took my phone in as not charging. Got it back the speaker wasn't working so no one could here when talking on phone. Took its back told him t h e issue he said he would sort it. Got it back again wasn't getting a signal at all so Took it back again waited 3 months for a part from China tried charging me 30 quid still ain't getting a signal so I took it to Coventry phone shop on Gosforth Street great bloke. He opened it up and showed me v phone has destroyed my phone and screws and all sorts was missing and now my phone won't get a signal. Fair play to Coventry phones he didn't charge me I'll be using him and never going v phones again on radford road

My daughter had smashed her I phone screen
These guys were absolutely wonderful .
Very friendly and honest and cheap
They’re open at hours that many other shops aren’t and they repaired it within 10 minutes !

Never seen such good service .. definately will recommend this shop and the owner absolutely wonderful . Thankyou guys !

Took my iPhone 14 Pro Max today, got a new screen protector & fitted for £10! No debris/ Dust/Air pockets whatsoever.

Knowing nothing about phones not having need for repairs in past and not wanting to be ripped off I was recommended by friends to VV.
The phone had intermittent sound and vibration problems
I was quoted what I thought was a fair price, I gave the go ahead and not wanting to wait I collected the repaired phone later in the day.
Unfortunately Later that day the problems reappeared.
I took it back the next day and while I waited for over an hour I could see the phone being worked on.
I possibly expected to be told there would be a small charge due to an extra fault found But the phone was given back to me with a smile and no charge, and is still working properly Thanks VV

Always use this shop for repairs and new phones as I have children who often break their phones and they always look after me. Great prices, great service and quality phones. Always very helpful and open 7 days a week. Would recommend five star service.
