We tried the corn salad, sambosa, chicken baffles, and risotto, and they were all delicious. Unfortunately, the Thai rice with shrimp was not recommended as we didn't like it.

The dinner menu is quite limited, and it's not the same as the menu at the Dubai branch.

Staff was friendly & kind .

This was my second visit, first time we came for a coffee and dessert it was amazing. Today we came for dinner, the menu was short but we ordered pasta and rosette. It was really bad taste even the smell of the mushroom was so bad. We didn’t finish the quarter of the plate !!! . The service was great to be honest ????.

I recently had a yummy breakfast at this cozy cafe. The egg dishes were delicious and cooked just right, and the cheese zaatar flatbread was a delightful treat. However, I found that the menu didn't have a lot of choices. Despite that, the place had a nice vibe and the staff were friendly. They even let you reheat your coffee, which was a plus. If you're looking for a tasty breakfast in a comfy spot, this cafe is worth a try.

I ordered the new sumac & cheese flatbread which was so good, and my mom ordered an avocado toast and Americano which she recommends, but what I really loved about my experience was the service of the two waitresses ‘Felister’ and ‘Sheila’ who were so kind, friendly, helpful aswell. Just wanted to make this review to thank Felister and Sheila for giving me an amazing experience in mara, if you ever go there don’t forget to ask for them

Honestly i’m so annoyed and disgusted and disappointed. the food came with a hair in it…and when i asked for the manager he tried to explain it by saying its from the body arm hair!! as if its something normal!! and the table beside us had the same issue with their order. A HAIR IN THE FOOD!

Nice place for coffee and sweet, friendly staff.
However it’s not worth it. Just let you know that their prices are different from branch to branch they are over priced in ABUDHABI!! All sweets are above 60aed each!! Even the food too much over priced. I will not visit this place again.

The Spanish latte was really very hot I didn’t like it at all. I felt like drinking hot milk.
Asked Mazaya discount was surprised that she didn’t apply the discount.

They alway turn up.
I was out with friends the other week and the friend’s taxi booked through a taxi company with a colour in their name, didn’t turn up and refused to send anyone else leaving them stranded.
I rang Riverside and they sent a taxi straight out.
Very professional.
Can’t give this company enough stars.

Booked *weeks ago* for New Years Eve to drive us into Newcastle for dinner and night out. Just didn’t show up, kept lying saying it was on its way, waited 50 minutes, missed dinner reservation. They stopped answering the phone, even hung up on me multiple times. Very embarrassing for me when I’d booked for a group of friends.
Do not use this taxi company.

Awful service, who clearly lie to cover their back. Do not trust them if you have any kind of event/reservation/booking to get to.

We pre-booked a taxi months ago for travelling from Chester-Le-Street to Newcastle. The taxi was booked for 16:00 as we had meal reservations for 16:45. The taxi didn't show up, despite having an automated call at 16:29 (29 minutes late). We stood waiting outside for it for 55 minutes from 16:00 onwards, calling multiple times to ask where our taxi was. Over the phone we were fed lies multiple times. At 16:05 we were told they were just dropping their previous client off, and an apology for the delay. This is understandable, it's a busy evening. At roughly 16:20 we called again and we were told the taxi had collected us - clearly that was not the case. The operator said they would call the taxi driver to find out what was going on. 16:30 we had to call again to be told "the driver lost data connection and they'll be with you soon". We waited another 20 minutes, and tried to call multiple times in that period. The operator was incredibly rude, kept lying to us, and started to just hang up the phone to us. At this point we had no faith in this taxi company, so I drove through to Newcastle instead.

As we drove off at 16:55, we did see the taxi pull in. By that point though I had no confidence that the taxi would collect us from Newcastle later in the night, so I wasn't willing to park up and get into it.

We tried to call to cancel our taxi for later in the night, but at this point we were unable to get through. I suspect the operator was just ignoring our calls.

As it turns out, a taxi driver did show up at 01:00 in Newcastle (it was booked for 00:45). By this point, we'd already driven home.

The person who booked this taxi was Arizona (she's also left a review). Yet again, the taxi company has lied to cover their back in the response to her review. What would we have benefitted from ignoring our taxi, and then having to drive to Newcastle?

People should take note of the other negative reviews on here, which all follow similar patterns.

Picked up couple of mins early. Car smelt lovely and clean and driver was very pleasant. Had a very smooth drive to Newcastle and driver got us there in time for our appointment. Great service and will definitely use again, thank you for a 5* service !

I made a booking online about three days before I needed it and I also confirmed it by phone, however on the night the taxi arrived 45 minutes late I phoned the office three times and just got told it is a couple of minutes away.
I worked as a taxi driver for many years so I totally understand there is numerous reasons why you can run late but when the booking has been made well in advance that is then down to desk staff, either lack of training, support, or just total incompetence either way it's my last your phone number and app have now been deleted from my phone.

Booked for 4.00pm on New Year’s Eve to go to Newcastle. Still waiting at 4:50pm. Office now just hanging up when we try to call them. Absolute joke. I wouldn’t use this bunch of cowboys again if it was the only taxi service left on Earth.
