Really rude bus driver today. Got on the number 1 bus in Camelon to go to Maddiston. I saw my stop up ahead and pressed the stop button with plenty of time. Driver seemed to not have noticed so I walked to the front and let him know he missed my stop. He immediately became aggressive with me and told me I should’ve pressed the button in time (which I did) I asked him to let me off as I was going to be late if I was going to walk from a further bus stop. He shouted at me to sit down and let him do his job. He then passed two more stops without letting me off. He muttered under his breath when I left!

Absolute shocking behaviour from bus driver in Falkirk. Took my daughters young Scot’s card because she was over 21 even though the dob on it showed she was 19, made her pay and laughed in her face. She had previously twice used the same card that day with no issues .

What a disgrace of a pricing policy for public transportation.
£5 for a one way ticket from Falkirk to Grangemouth.
Will never give up my car with these prices!

A joke of a service. Standing in the freezing cold and the bus turns up more than 15mins late. This is actually a good result, there have been 3 occasions in the past where the bus has not shown up! Service X36 from Condorrat to Glasgow

X37 bus comes late and drives right past the bus stop while I'm standing with my arm out and a high Vis vest on, what chance have you got when your employing blind people, times are a joke aswell some days bus won't even turn up at certain times leaving you waiting nearly 2 hours in freezing cold conditions absolute joke tell your drivers to slow down
