Super unprofessional and time waster, I have been convinced to pay deposit on 28th june for one villa while another tenant was still there and promised to get the villa ready by 15 July, however the tenant moved out on 8th and villa conditions was super dirty and been back and forth with the landlord about the maintenance and ended up by canceling my booking on 13th July after doing all the arrangements like movers and so on . Not recommended at all

I have known Shilpa for years now and I am the proud first client of her business. She and her team ensure client satisfaction with utmost diligence. Shilpa is a very hands-on business woman and pitches in immediately when she feels her intervention is needed. I have used her services from renting an apartment to letting my own apartment and happy to say I am a satisfied customer ????! Keep rocking !!

Fraudster Agency - Unprofessional Team

As an Tenet I was looking for a flat in June 2023 where I have seen some flats in Al Reef Downtown and finalized a flat, but it had some issues which needs to be fixed before move IN. Agency actually agreed to fix all items before move IN and pushed me to finalize the agreement and pay the Tawtheeq fee. Once Tenancy agreement/ Tawtheeq is made they left the tenant on their circumstances.

A couple of calls/emails were sent to Reign Real officials to fix the reported issues but no one acknowledged the emails.

However they are very sweet on calls and always says - don't worry all items will be fixed soon but in actual it never fixed.

This review is for other new tenants, so that they will be aware of this agency's customer support and safeguard their money from these fraudsters.

Had a really good experience with Gurjinder Kaur who was my broker and was able to rent out my apartment in AD. She handled all issues related to a new tenant for the unit and has very good communication skills.

HORRIBLE!!!
Once they get their money you'll never be able to get anything from them. Have to fight for maintenance every single time. Even when there was leakage and the neighbor downstairs was flooded with water from us, I was calling again and again, they were only promising to send maintenance team but never did. The neighbor had to fix it by herself.

They didn't want to provide Tawtheeq - I moved in in July and received my Tawtheeq in DECEMBER!, and only after I threatened them that I will take legal action against them.

Whenever there is some problem that has to be discussed with the owner they refuse to give his phone number because of confidentiality, and yet they were giving MY phone number WITHOUT my consent to third people.

I moved out of the property 3 weeks ago, and they didn't pay me back my security deposit. They don't pick up the phone and don't answer text messages. Now I will have to put a case against them.

DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE!!

We recently rented a place in Al Reef and had a great experience dealing with Reign Real Estate. Enki was extremely helpful in answering all our queries promptly, and went out of her way to show us all the options available. Once the deal was done, Sweta made sure all the background paperwork was done swiftly and effortlessly. I highly recommend them!

Utter, utter disgrace. Booked a taxi for an off-peak time and 20 minutes later, the car still hadn't materialised. Use only as a last resort and even then, book for an hour earlier than required. Or walk, it'll be easier.

Never before have I been dissapointed with station taxis, they've always been great, hence why I booked one today, maybe it's my fault and I should have booked it earlier but I booked a taxi for 1.15 to take me to Nuneaton rail station and it was 5 minutes late I have a train to catch so was not best pleased, let's hope I make it on time

Went from station to Barwell, service was timely and had a grand old chat with the cabby. Cost was on par with others in the area. :)

Terrible service. Taxi didn't turn up so we missed our train. Would highly recommend not to rely on this company!!!!!!! Didn't even apologise
