Very bad they open not for massage if you don't need service everything bad the ladies say our salary from the service .

The room and toilets are not clean and staff is unprofessional and asking personal questions like where do you live ? Can I have your number ?

The massage was very poor and the staff was taking multiple breaks between the massage and he had his phone next to him and texting

I could have asked anyone to Massage me but never again here.

the worst massage experience i've ever had.
i've got 60min normal full body massage, and was told to remove my cloth. however, i refused to remove because massage shop in my country prepare cloth for massage(it was not oil massage and they only had towels)and i explained therapist about reason i do not remove. there are two serious problems that i experienced. first, therpist went to toilet during the massage. second, i got massage only for 30 mins and she left(she told me it is because i didnt remove my cloth and she dont have anything else to do). i complained to desk and requested to refund for remaining time but they told me they cant refund. i rejected their offer to get massage remaining time because i felt i was embarrassed. i strongly recommend you to keep in your mind when you choose massage shop to get massage.

Rude call representative, asking about nationally and when i tell her shes telling me that she will call me back but didn't. I guess if you're Emirati you're not welcomed there.
