Everything was okay, good hotel that's it. It's affordable and you get what you pay for. Dihanna a server in the breakfast buffet was very accommodating to us ,they have a really good customer service :)) overall i enjoyed my stay however they should upgrade the rooms, there was nothing special about them

I did not have a lot of expectations with the hotel after seeing many bad reviews. Even with low expectations, I was still disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for as the price for one night is very cheap. But for a 4-star hotel, you would have expected to at least have a clean bathroom, a proper breakfast and just all in all a clean place. We got a free upgrade and was grateful but the room wasn't impressive, the bathroom had dirty floors and there were rust forming along the corners of the showers (we got upgraded to the junior suite and there was no bathtub), the AC duct was very dirty and there was a smell coming out of it once you turn it on, and the bed felt very dusty. The breakfast wasn't impressive as well, we arrived on time for breakfast but everything was already gone and it took a very long time to refill the food, the servers ended up just cooking for us and serving it to our table, instead of having the buffet that we paid for. The breakfast area was crowded as it was a very small space, and we had to wait for a group to finish so we could get a table, as soon as the group finished, you would expect them to clean the table and sweep the area properly, but the server only took the plates, wiped the table a little bit and kicked the food crumbs on the floor, it wasn't swept with a broom or anything, it was literally kicked under the table. Pool looks very small compared to the one shown in the pictures. The staff in the reception were friendly though so I guess that's the only good experience I got from booking this hotel. All in all, not impressed with the hotel at all, its very old and outdated, I don't think it deserves to be a 4-star hotel.

Best in this price range. Comfy rooms and very quite corner of the city. The guys at the desk are wonder and very professional.
I stay in this hotel quite often whenever I have to go to work in Abu Dhabi

I tried this hotel twice and it is nothing less than a home in terms of comfort. However would advise to improve the hygiene and room service especially the carpets. Else all good and recommend a try!

Service of the security and the guy in the pool is very rude.

Receptionist Marion is very accomodating and always smilling.

Location is very good.

The Room smells cigarette smoking but the building is non-smoking.

Overall my rate is just average.

Next time, always treat your customer equally.

Terrible experience

I arrived yesterday to villagio hotel and so far my experience is v v bad ,it's basically terrible.

Room 604 last night smell extremely bad like a toilet. It's next to generator making noise and the smell in room is unbearable , I complaint it last night nothing happened

This morning I asked for buggy to drop me to gate to take taxi as it was scorching hot and they refused to send buggy

I came back to hotel in evening to take a plunge in the pool and called for buggy at around 6 and they refused to send buggy saying pool is closed while actually pool closes at 7 , I walked all the way to pool at 7 and saw people coming out. I couldn't swim due to this lie from hotel

I am completely gutted with this experience. it's not a nice experience to pay and get such treatment with such smelly room , it's like a toilet smell, how can someone sleep ?

They offered me a new room now which is in basement and I can't breathe properly. This is not a nice experience by all means.

Rooms are spacious and good
The only problem ans issue was one of the frontdesk/reception was not approachable.

Customer service was not serve properly as the frontdesk was not even smiling or greeting and even responding properly.

Sorry but kabayan your one of the image of the hotel.

Thanks to Ms ched who shows and know how to handle and give a good customer service.

The coffee shop there is very noisy, the kids play area not safe, this coffee shop serves shisha and still allowing kids ther!!
The tables are crowded a the spaces not enough to move around. The swimming pool located at the coffee shop entrance and so nether safely nor privacy.
