Nourhan and Ali are outstanding at promoting the brand, welcoming their customers and making them feel they are home, at all times. Their patience when some advice and research is required is impressive.

I purchased trousers, shirts and jackets. The first week after purchase the clothes were ok, but the deterioration in quality started afterwards, despite the high prices paid for them.
This is the second incident and it wasn’t a single piece of clothing.
Never again.

I would like to share you my great customer service experience in your store at Abu Dhabi Mall , Abu Dhabi upon using our Azadea Qanz Voucher to purchase from your collection. We got our Qanz Voucher from accumulating points from Air Miles and it's the first time we would like to use it in Fashion. We choose Massimo Dutti and went there without knowing that to claim a voucher will take a lot of efforts and process with the card activation. At first we just didn't want to go through coz we don't want complicated things just to redeem it but then your staff his name is Muhuddin , he was there on a Sunday evening November 27 to just assist us completely in every steps. He was very helpful and because of him I got the shirt that I want from the collection. He successfully closed the sale even if we have used just a voucher and I feel so happy. I hope you will have more employees like him.

Very low level of customer service started from no greetings during our presence in store.
No communication at any level with us from all staff.
And the most weird situation is the lady in cashier who ignored us and she prioritise some other clients came after us in queue.
I recommend some basic training, as we want to buy more but with this behaviour we have the urge of running away from unwelcoming atmosphere.

We asked for alteration
2 weeks later we, not having revived any news we stopped by the shop in Galleria mall. The staff could not find my pants because the tags went missing . So they could not inform me on time …
Disappointing service.
Not sure I will shop here again
