Worst branch of max fashion. The cashier staff at this brand are really slow. One cashier at the counter. We wait long time . And when it's my turn the cashier staff was unfriendly. You have to make serious talk about good and professional customer service with your cashier staff.

If your looking for a nice but cheaper clothes you can visit this store. They have a lot of different clothes for adults boys and girls and babies to little children. Their clothing has a good quality. They always have some promotional sale on their store. A must visit store. Highly recommended

I like max brand generally but this store is not the place to have the best shopping experience. The clothes are not organized properly when compared to other max outlets. Security staff is rude doesn’t want to talk or warn politely.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!
THEY DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT YOU REALLY WANT !!! THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE TWICE AND AM SUPPOSE TO WAIT FROM THEM A CALL TO HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE BUT ACTUALLY NO ONE CARES !!!!! THEY MADE ME GO TO 3 BRANCHES AND ITS MY RIGHT TO HAVE THE TRUE SIZE !!!! BUT ACTUALLY NO ONE CARED … THEY TOLD ME WE GOT YOUR SIZE IN DUBAI AND WE WILL CONFIRM AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 3 DAYS NOW AND NO ONE CARES THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE AND YES ITS ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES IVE EVER HAD!!!!

There a lots of things to choose from and not that expensive. Cashiers are friendly even the lady from the fitting room. I just hope I will have more options for office pants/slacks. But everything is good. Good quality that you can afford, friendly and professional staff and big area and lots of options to choose from. Keep it up!

Supervisor named syed imran,doesnt know how to accomodate just wasted my time, he kept me waiting for 1 week of my ordered pants that is 16 pcs,after he told me to look in the other shop.very nice work.please if you cant accomodate our order you can tell us right away.i have waited for 1 week cause he told me that his busy, after a week of follow up. Then look for other shop.
