Popped to Paul's at Al Wahda mall on Saturday. Really enjoyed seeing such different variations of breakfast items. I went for the Edamame Shakshua which was delicious (although my eggs were a bit over, forgivable!). The warm bread and butter was so lovely too and I enjoyed a nice hot coffee. I enjoyed just looking at the patisserie cakes, pastries and bread that was all being put on display, being made fresh at the location. The skill required to make some of those cakes and tarts is to be admired, and they all looked super.
Staff were just gorgeous and we will definitely return - next time to have the "all in" brekky deal, I think!

Recently visited Paul arabia with hopes of having the cakes. We reach the place and all hopes shattered ,the ladies at the counter were so adamant ,guess they barely knows basic etiquettes.
They were mad with some other lady customer and was mumbling about her. We were eager to visit PAUL ,but never again.
Such a famous entity and they couldn't least get staffs with basic manners?

We wanted a cake and they was frivolous by not giving us time to choose which one all they wanted to do was shoo us away.
And when we placed the ordered the cake she slid it in a box and pointed it us.
We had to ask for a cover which she didn't like.
Worsest customer service I've ever seen.
Never expected this from PAUL.

If you're looking for a great dining experience in Al Wahda Mall, I highly recommend checking out Paul Arabia. My recent visit to this establishment was nothing short of amazing!

First of all, the food was absolutely fantastic. The pasta was particularly noteworthy, with rich and flavorful sauces that truly impressed my taste buds. It was clear that the chefs at Paul Arabia take great care in preparing their dishes, using only the freshest ingredients to create truly delicious meals.

Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was great. Despite being located in a busy shopping mall, the restaurant was not crowded and we were able to enjoy a relaxing meal without any disturbance.

Paul has always been my favorite when it comes to coffee, and smoothies. I just love their mango smoothie and cheesecakes. They’re just a class apart. Their iced latte is just okay. I felt it could had been a little better than it was presented day. Their appetizer which is my favorite every time I visit them was also not good today. It was way too much toasted than was not required. Rest everything was good. A little disappointed by their quality for few items but rest was good. Their club sandwiches were good too. I’ll give 3.5 ⭐️ today.

The food was good and delicious. I also like the ambiance. And the staff was so friendly to me. Their very accommodating. I’ll recommend this to my friends. We’ll surely come back

The food was great and the place was not crowded. Ms. Lesly warmly accomodated us and help us with what to order. The pasta was top notched and tasty. Will definitely try here again.
