I have been buying here for eight years now. They have dressed me since in my early twenties and now am in my thirty's. The clothes are cheap and affordable yet very nice and elegant One of the best shop in town
I must say since years I have kept visiting them

Same pants but the cashier said one from the old season and one from the new season.
Worst attitude in all landmark shops.

Worst shopping experience ever .. bought few items like a year ago from mushrif mall branch and gave back within few days, and i was entitle of regular refund but cashier couldn't issue a refund to my card and said something is wrong in the system or card !!!???and she kept on trying and we waited long time.. it felt like they wanted to force us for an exchange!!!!.. at the end we agreed to get a store credit and till now I used some and I am stuck with 50dhms..which I tried to use online and transaction didnt go through but voucher shows as used and now i complained twice to marina mall branch and been waiting for three months for a solution.. they promise to call and follow up but they dont. Very bad experience . Friends advised to complain to consumer protection, which I might do.

Lady Staff was very rude to the Arab national women, she just raised a concern that they should call their customer in sequence. Lady staff member became and angry and said do the complaint. Looks like she doesn’t care of escalating the issue. This is how if departmental store staff behave, we would not prefer to visit this store.

During this, she didn’t packed properly mine and my daughters clothes. She got too much involved in fight rather than caring about her duties.

An action should be taken as she 2 customers, first that UAE national and second me.

No acceptable!
