It'smade up of nice villas, mostly with families so there's several children who live in the area and play outside. The surrounding areas, such as the Al Seef compound, have been developed with plenty of nice shops and restaurants. Taxis and delivery guys sometimes have trouble finding it, but otherwise a very well situated place.
