Visited Abudhabi for some official visit and had a fabulous meal at the McDonald’s at World Trade Center. Huge place with good food value for money always.
Ms Sapna very swift with customers, Ms Arrey (supervisor) excellent customer service with all the customers who are placing the orders.
Peak time well taken care with a smile and no complaints at all.
Keep the good work McDonald’s

We organized our kid birthday in their facilities and it was great. Super friendly staff. Well organized. Amazing activities and price good value. We recommend!

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I ever had, I have been to your Mcafe one of your crew, Mr N***p(don't want to reveal his name hoping management knows him) behaves over smart. Underestimating me with expressions when I asked him for White Mocha(syrup) to be added to coffee if they didn't have he would have told, but he rudely say Mc Cafe never sells white Mojito... I still replied with a smile thinking he might have had a bad day. But It made me go mad at him when he kept looking as if I had asked him something very wrong. I asked him politely to smile it's ok if you don't have.
Is it because I was Indian and treated with that behaviour? Please check the camera today at 9:55 pm.

When I was leaving I asked him again to smile it's ok, he keeps the coffee with rude behaviour and just goes inside. I swear I have never experienced this at any Mc Donalds anywhere in the world. I kindly request to please take corrective actions against the person. Else this will make him feel it's ok to behave with customers like that.

Waiting for the reply else I'll never come back to this unit's McD in my life.

Small burger, Large price!
I ordered a large burger but surprised to see the size against my large barrel of beverage. I wonder what’s the main product for MC’D. Burgers or Coca-Cola?
French fries are decent. Nothing great. Too standard & old fashioned. May be some call it classic?!

I ordered pesto pasta and it wasn't what I expected at all. The pesto sauce tastes like mint and spinach combined. I do not recommend it at all. However, the service is good.

Today the sweet and friendly Seema put a smile on my dial this morning when I ordered a cappuccino. It was made with love and care (tlc) from this enthusiastic lass. She greets the customer with a big smile and makes her lattes with love ❤️

A nicely rebranded mcdonald! It has the play area for the kids and also has the mccafe. However service time is a bit slow
