As an elite student who studied there for about 4 years ago I can conform that this school is the most amazing place I've ever been to, best school and amazing teachers too????

Being on a Virgin Trains train is a pleasent experience; it is not overly bright, typically calm and enjoyable. Their staff are helpful and polite.

During an overnight journey, I received friendly help and support in Crewe from a member of staff. In turn, I wish to express my gratitude: a special thanks to Danny!

All in all, compared with other train providers, I look forward to travelling and would travel again with Virgin Trains.

My Disabled wife and I travel regularly on Virginia Trains and sometimes my wife has to travel alone, well what can I say about the Staff from Virgin all over Great Britain.they are absolutely polite and so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a credit to you Mr Branson I know people who would disagree with me about the service but my wife and I have had no trouble in all the years we have been travelling with Virgin they even phone through to our destination so they can get the ramp ready for my wife and her go faster wheelchair. I wish to convey my deepest gratitude to all Staff especially on the Stations of Crewe and Preston who help me help my wife if I was a Billionaire I would give each and everyone who work for Virgin from the Cleaners too the Drivers a pay rise and make this coming Christmas one to remember, please give yourselves a pat on the back for going out of your way to help a Disabled lady and me who has had 2 Heart attacks and a hip replacement and I am only 54 I feel humbled in there presence. Yours faithfully Mr+Mrs Ganner Alsager.

Virgin trains have got a poor quality wifi connection. The regular ticket price is not reflected on it.

I wouldn't travel on any of virgins trains, they don't care about passengers unless it's first class.
You don't matter to them

Very poor experience no seating available on all the train many people standing for the entire journey shouldn't be allowed to sell tickets for trains if no seating is available

First time travelling with Virgin Trains round about journey but eventually arrived at destination 90mins late

the worst train station in crewe which i saw. people working there, do not know their work at the wrong platform. I advise against traveling with Crewe !!!!
