A simple question could not be answered by Mercedes sales representative of Yas mall showroom. What is the difference between EQE 350 and Tesla model S long range.
The answer was as simple as mercedes is better than tesla. Sales representative did not make the effort to explain about EQE. Instead, he tried to drag me into argument where I stopped right there and thanked for him time.
This is an indication of customer service and customer care Mercedes provide to their customers. Their standers have fallen down and confirmed to me that Tesla will be a better choice.
I did place my order with Tesla today, and thank you Mercedes, for confirming that Tesla I a better choice.

Disrespectful sales I asked for key chain to look at then she showed me one that’s defective on the silver I asked her for other one she said , are you going to buy or just see the product , really disappointed, never going there again , treating people so bad
