Hello. I can’t find the location at the airport so it goes here. I flew into Abu Dhabi for a couple days and was sold a scam by this company. They put me in a automatic renewal plan without my authorization. In fact the attendant went out of his way to tell me how after the two days I could just cancel. It was a lie. I’m right now in the middle of trying to cancel and they are ignoring my request. Telling me that they will pause my account which comes with a monthly fee. The attendant was desperate to get my credit card, that should have been a tell tale sign. Now that this company has my credit card they are essentially threatening to charge my credit card every month because I was scammed by them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I asked for a refund considering I was put in an automatic renewal plan without my consent and they are refusing. On top of that they want to continue to steal money from me. In all my years did I think that a multibillion company would be acting like this, no. But here we are folks. I can’t even talk to somebody there. Stay away from Virgin mobile period. And spread the word. This company is acting like a crime syndicate. Terrible.

Complete scam. Auto renewed after I deselected auto renew and paused. I didn’t find my wallet and it withdrew from Apple Pay. Go with Du or Etisalat.
