Its a really nice place to either grab a cup of coffee or work in peace. Their cappuccino and Spanish Latte are amazing. Also love their sugar donuts ????
Very nice ambiance and a comfortable place for work.

This coffee shop is my favorite place to hang out and do my work. I really like this place because it has a good vibe and it's not crowded either. The coffee and pastries they had were very tasty. The barista was friendly and fun to talk to. The only thing that fascinated me about this place. They had the most delicious and affordable coffee.

The quality of the coffee and ambience are really nice but the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered orange juice which was recently added to the menu and just as I took the first sip I got a mouthful of paper! I thought it was the straw but it wasn’t and I kept getting paper with every sip - I went to check with the staff but they insisted that it’s nothing to do with them. A few weeks later, I ordered Cinnamon French Hot Chocolate for my son and I told them WITHOUT whipped cream and of course they added whipped cream. I asked them nicely to change it and they did, but it was too quick - I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said in just a minute they brought what they called “regular hot chocolate “ which tasted awful, powder with water. I ask the staff again and one of them was super rude and ignored me. I left and didn’t even care about the money I paid. Never going back again. The old staff was nice but the new one is horrible! I wish I remember the name of the person to be fair to the others!

Generally speaking Asian staff in that place tend to be rude and off standish whether with customers or among themselves. I go there for work on my pc and had enough exposure to notice the dynamics. I believe subtle racism is involved. Lack of professionalism is annoying. today an indian staff was correcting his African lady colleague so loudly I felt embarrassed for her. Such interactions shouldn’t be so public nor i as a customer seeking quiet working place should be bothered with. He’s an adult and should act accordingly. Similar attitude I noticed from philipino male staff. I could only feel sorry for anyone working with such toxic males.

The food and beverage taste good, however, the staff members are unfriendly and the service is bad. I think they are having racism.

Well done the surgery at Hawthorn Drive. Today had very positive appointment with Ian after talking to very efficient receptionist.
So reassuring to be listened to and helped when worried about health conditions.

I haven’t been able to get an appointment in weeks now. It’s a disgrace. Patients are in agony and there doesn’t seem to be anything or anyone who can help.
Like the rest of the key govt departments such as education, this corrupt Tory government has destroyed everything beyond repair. Shameful.

Stay away from this surgery !! They don't provide the required service and don't care of patients at all ! I called them saying that NHS told me they need to see my 5 year old son in the next 2 hours and they arranged a call back at the end of the day instead of an appointment !!!

I’ve been a patient here for 2 years. One of the receptionist is rude, impatient and unhelpful. I have found this several times after being sighed at n making it difficult to book with a certain doctor.
Dr Sheila, Dr Ola & Ian I have all found to be caring & genuinely want to help.
The system fails.. I’ve gone round in circles for over a month trying to get DWP forms located & sent off for work capability assessment as I have several health problems and am off work sick. They missed the deadline, told me forms were done, to find out another 3 weeks have passed and they still haven’t!! Not good enough!! The extra stress does not help in the slightest n the financial side of things having huge impact on my life..feel like I just got fobbed off.

Seems like don't really care about the patients. Doctors are rude rolling eyes at you for having too many issues that you would like to discuss with them. Called to request a replacement for one medication which was unavailable but they didn't even know which one was it!
A lot of bad experiences with the surgery! I'm glad I'm going to move to the different one!

Expect to have to talk about your private medical needs to a miserable and stuck up receptionist in front of waiting patients...A pretty 3rd world and degrading surgery all round.....Avoid if possible...You were warned.

My mum has just moved to this surgery and has been very impressed with the speed and efficiency of her treatment. The staff have all been friendly and helpful . . . unfortunately mum has had to have a few interactions with the surgery and every time she had been very reassured by the professionalism and help she has received. Her doctor is Dr Sheila and she has been so kind and reassuring to my mum as have the lovely nurses who have regularly taken her blood. A huge 'thank-you' to this great team x

I have been attending this Practice for over 30 years. All the Doctors and Staff are so helpful and friendly. They have always looked after me with my various ailments and have sprung into action when it may have been something more serious. I cannot fault them and know that they are there for me if and when I need them.
