Absolutely Brilliant Experience. Exceptional professionalism and customer service from Mr Vaseem. I needed Samsung S22 Ultra as a present. He suggested me for Samsung headphones and smartwatch as well and even gave me an additional discount on all.

Makes sure you ask for Mohammed! l promise he is the most knowledgeable employee concerning Samsung products in the store. He took the time to explain to me all the features of the different phones, and he helped me maximize my trade-in from my old Note 10. He will surely take care of you!

They put bad quality screen protector in my S23 ultra with the bubbles. Cant afford this kind of service from Samsung. Previously when I took my faulty S21 Ultra (under warranty) to them they never mind. That was just one month old. Bad customer service. Never go again there.
