We booked only for one night but that was enough to get to know the high level of customer service. The staff were so kind and helpful. Great facilities and room service. The food was great, the hotel has a large variety of food.
The location of the hotel is very convenient as well.
I could definitely say that staying here is worth every penny !

The staff is very friendly and will make sure to take care of your needs while at the hotel. Very professional.
The hotel lobby is well maintained and clean. The rooms were decent but could have been more cleaner especially the furniture. The water at the shower takes a while to heat up so be aware.
The room service was beyond expectations and the portions served are huge.
Overall an average experience.

2- 0/10 room clean I found hair i will post a picture.
3- no towels no slippers they ignore us all the day they didn’t bring for us .
4- dirty blanket at room they also didn’t change it for us.
5- they ignored my calls and they didn’t do any fevers for us .
6- its my first and last time to come to this hotel …..
7- if i can return my money back i will refund it ????????

Not only were we charged extra for breakfast, but also did not receive the breakfast that we had paid for. We had made it clear to the front desk that we wished to have breakfast at the Hotel restaurant but in my shock, we were waken up by a call saying that my husband ordered for room service breakfast when in fact nobody did! The staff have the audacity insisting that we ordered and they can no longer cancel within the last minute despite me telling him we never did ask for a room service! Here comes the most disrespecting moment happened, when we went to the restaurant in the morning, we were told that there was no record of our request for breakfast.
As a paying customer, we find it unacceptable that we were charged for a service that was not provided. My husband and I just wanted to celebrate Eid together thus, we have chosen your hotel based on the advertised amenities and reviews and I am disappointed to have had a negative experience.

Thank you for having us, my wife and baby had a great time with you guys. I would like to highlight the amazing service we had from Ms. Angel, Ms. Sharanya and the lady in the coffee shop, we truly appreciate your fantastic customer service. Room service was fast and efficient, but chef has a mayor job to do with the food I do not want to damage this review with negative feedback, but food needs to improve a lot, service is great, but the food can be better.
This is for the people above, your hotel needs some love, a lot of areas of the hotel damage specially your pool area, I came to your hotel because of your pool, the pictures on the web are great but the reality not so much.
The lifeguard gentleman who was on duty yesterday during the day, did a server's job, we wanted to stay longer in the pool but there was no one to assist but him.
Your staff at the entrance (butlers) very welcoming and friendly.
Thank you guys, for a great day in Abu Dhabi
