Tour operators stopped for half an hour to see and buy things. Obviously items were expansive. If you are really interested in antique and exquisite items to see and understand deeply, you have to spend more time. So half an hour is enough to take a look as a tourist.

Local people are humble and polite, these items nor the people are local. Its a scam from A-Z. If you care for these types of items head to any other place, day to day for example and get the same for 10 dhs.
And no Mr Mauzy, I will never return or call you????

First of all, this place was not on our itinerary list, which we paid for, and turned out to be a carpet and rug store with poor lighting and maintenance. As a passionate art lover and collector, I was appalled by the lack of proper professional lighting, the uneven floor, and the dirty walls. Despite the guide's claim that the location was owned by the UAE royal family, the environment was dark, shady, and not worthy of such a prestigious ownership.
Moreover, during the visit, the guide touched me and another lady without our consent, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.
We were also pressured into making a purchase without being given any freedom of choice, as the guide assumed that my friend would buy the items he presented to us. One of the carpet smaller than A4 size is cost about 1,4k AED (379.95 USD).
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I felt not only disappointed but also disgusted by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the guide.
