Just come off the phone having spoken to Andrew ...all week i been phoning them about wanting stuff . They have bent over backwards to help me. I told them i wanted to support local firms in pontypridd and I was not wring !! They know I don't drive and on my own not always sure if what I order is correct . Andrew and his team always go out of their way to help return calls . I couldn't find a firm more helpful .The delivery chap was ever so helpful too . Bought loads last summer for the garden every step of the way supported me to get what I needed. In lockdown my garden as with others is so important to do up to take the edge of lockdown . I thoroughly recommend . So friendly they are used to me now I am very appreciative .

Just refurbished my en-suite and bought all the materials from here, the staff in the shop were excellent, really friendly and I was in and out in no time. Great service from the tool hire guy too, Hyfryd i gael sgwrs bach yn yr Hen Iaith hefyd. Diolch Yn Fawr Trafis Percyns :-)

Hired a digger for before 12.00pm delivery confirmed twice that is was to be on time only to be told that I didn’t hear them properly and the delivery was for the afternoon!
Lost a day waiting on site due to this!
Called the branch that they had cross hired from. Only for them to confirm that something had gone wrong on the morning drop and that Pontypridd branch should have told me!
Basically lied to us and then asked us to wait on site all day to accept delivery.

Shameful business. Customer service is very bad. Over charged on my order, waiting a week and no delivery as yet. The staff just dont want to know and very unhelpful. I have ordered from leekes Llantrisant in the morning and they will deliver in the afternoon. Will never use TP again and definitely will not recommend.
