WOW SWEETS Al Ain is near Hazaa Stadium and one from many branches in UAE.
Wow sweets is famous Kuwait based F&B industry. I recommend you taste a stunning collection of creations, a feast for your eyes, filled with tasty nuts and delicious chocolate that you will remember throughout your life.
This place is unique and has own taste no else where You can't find the same.
Reserve customized wedding and party cakes and cakes for special occasions & events.

The best-selling one which I take regularly is Pistachio crumble. 288 aed. This is number1 .

Worst customer service, they were multiple times late with the ordered product. The cashier did not want to give change and was denying my way of payment. She asked for card, I refused to pay with card, because I saw she had enough change. Manager did not help either, because he did not want to get angry at her. Law wise they are not allowed to deny any form of payment!! Furthermore they cannot recommend which ice-scream would be the best. Quality of their cakes is average, personally for me a bit too sweet. Prices are on the high end. I had better quality for better prices in Al Ain, for example sweet palace

I can say before there cake before was the best but know the teast beacom bad and old note freash cream low quality speachly the bransh on Abu Dhabi I order yesterday ice cream cake believe me I through it on garbage teast cake was old and ice cream very very cheap
The worst thing that I send msg to the shop and they ignored my msg
That mean even customer service is bad

Best cakes in Al-Ain, amazing variety, a bit pricey but worth every Dirham. The small pastries and sandwiches are also delicious. Great service and very helpful staff. The only problem I have is the problem everyone reported.. There is no parking nearby. It's completely unacceptable. I had to drive in circles then park far away. Fix this urgently. Worth 5 stars if it wasn't for the parking.

I have no idea how to access it, I kept going in circles not sure where to park. I have seen people parking in the middle of the road to go grab something from the shop. They need to fix the parking situation.

Update:
Contacted them they get it right outside and pay in your car, very convenient.

The best cake and varieties i ve seen in AlAin but,:
1- the price is high
2- many cakes weve seen in Ramadan are not available now a days, only by order, even the many cakes
