Not inclusive. Cold lead coach. Absolutely shocking customer service. Ignored emails and calls and voice messages. I left in tears after the trial session after how I felt my child was treated. Since joined 3 other sports clubs, all miles apart in support and inclusivety from this place. Would NOT recommend, especially if your child needs special support. We were essentially refused a place after the trial. Who excludes a child with sensory needs (mild might I add). And I don't want to hear rubbish about the impact it could have or not have on other kids in the group. Schools deal with this all the time, and like I said, my child goes to sports, martial arts and swim clubs now. He is treated the same as the rest and nurtured. This place does NOT do that. Several months on and the way we were treated still hurts. Avoid.

This is my son's first day and he enjoyed it. I think coach Shah is very interested in the boy's becoming better with the different practice skills he introduced. We look forward to more of it.

The sessions provided by the coaching staff are really good and certainly engage the children who are regular attenders. Unfortunately staff do not encourage new starters particularly well, meaning those children who are a bit nervous don't get involved as much as you would hope.

Administration also appears to be an area the company could improve. My son completed his trial, but then I was emailed a few days later stating that he had failed to attend.

The company are OK, but there are areas for improvement.

Was okay but my lad was not at the stage of activities they were doing (not sitting still in groups to listen etc) and just wanted to run around and play.

They said we could take a few months break from our prepaid sessions and come back when we feel he's more ready after starting nursery.

When I asked to come back they acted like they'd never heard of me. I asked how many sessions we have left and they told me and said basically that I was at the bottom of a waiting list.

Since then they have ignored all my emails and will not acknowledge a refund for their poor customer service.

Not a happy customer.
