Liked: Had a lovely weeks stay in the Shepherds hut. Had our own kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils you’d need.
The views of Ben Nevis are stunning.
Double bed was comfy. Surrounding areas were breathtaking. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Disliked: Toilets/showers are a little bit dated, however fully functional.

Liked: What a brilliant stay we've had! We've loved everything about it-beautiful yurts with plenty of space and comfy beds, private open air fully equipped kitchen, charm of evening lanterns and firepit, smell of morning meadows, views of Ben Nevis to die for...

Disliked: Toilets /showers need a bit of tlc

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay at Great Glen yurts. Yurt spacious and homely and beds very comfy. Loved the individual kitchen areas too equipped with everything you might need. Great location and fantastic views too of Ben Nevis and surrounds.

Liked: The site was quiet with beautiful views. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the yurt. The kitchen was also spacious and well equipped. Great location to access local tourist destinations.

Disliked: Not enough bedding was provided for extra guests, had to borrow from friends yurt. Futons were not very comfortable. Carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night and incorrect replacement batteries provided. Mouse accessed kitchen and yurt.

Liked: Brilliant location. The individual kitchen is a huge perk, and the shepherd’s hut is a great place to sleep. The log burner and fire wood makes the whole set-up perfect for getting about the highlands, and recharging overnight. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed. There are only four pitches so zero chance of overcrowding. Look no further - it’s brilliant.

Liked: Views and the hut. As well it was greAt that every yurt, hut has its own allowed kitchen.

Disliked: Bathrooms were really in poor condition. It was cold to have a shower as cubicle has gaps in the walls.

We had a fantastic time staying at this delightful campsite. The yurts are huge, with comfy beds and wood burning stoves, in a beautiful meadow with amazing views of Ben Nevis.
