We use this car park quite a lot, not because it's a good car park, but because it is on the south bank near the National Theatre and at weekends only charges £7 for the day.
The car park is actually very poor, barriers have been broken for many years and you can only pay the attendant or on-line. I don't use the online app because it is so poor. I only use this parking because of the low price compared to others in the area.

Good area / location for parking at Waterloo.
Would recommend pre-booking online.
The barriers don’t work so you have to see a member of staff to obtain a ticket on entry and valid with pre-booking on exit.

I don't know how APCOA are left to do this scam called re-booking and what the benefit is. It's all the T&C's: "When booking online you are not allocated a specific parking space, unfortunately we cannot guarantee any parking spaces at any of our locations. On arrival, you select any available parking space that is not marked as reserved or for blue badge holders (unless, of course, you are a blue badge holder). Please note: We cannot refund any sessions purchased where a parking space is not available."
So basically the money you pay to pre-book is a gamble.

Easy to find and lots of spaces available. The signs regarding height is wrong. It’s actually 1.95m. Payed using the QR code, very simple. It was a little pricey but it’s to be expect in central London.

Booked this 16 days in advance, as we (my wife and I and two children) were travelling into London to see a show and the train strike meant we had to drive. Got there with plenty of time, and then had to queue to get in for 30 minutes, because it was one out one in. Everyone were getting out of their cars demanding to know why, when we've pre-booked, we couldn't get in. We weren't the only ones saying how we had a show booked and need to park our car. It was actually quite scare for our kids (lots of shouting, pointing of fingers, etc). The only way this could happen is if they over booked the car park. By the time we got in, it was too late for us to get a tube to the theatre, so we had to get a black cab, and so this car park actually cost us money. Avoid at all costs. We'll never use it again.

Would give three and half stars. Used this car park to go to the movie premiere. It was the first time using it, great place to park with great location. Cost me £16 10:00-24:00 which I thought was good for London. Lots of space to park. Very clean, safe.

Was just a little confusing to get in, email said not to take a ticket. The man at the desk gave me one? Confused me. But when I left, I drove straight out and nothing seemed to be a problem.

Overall, if your going to this area and need to park, worth it.

Really good parking spot if you're ever visiting the BFI IMAX. Secure and safe with someone on site. Plenty of parking spaces, which are tight but not as bad as most places in London.

Barriers not working properly, plethora of confusing signs stuck all over the not-working ticket machines. Exit signs that send you round and round - and a strong smell of wee throughout the car park. When I returned to my car, it was in tears.
