Horrible customer service.
No hygiene at all. The staff do not clean their hands after eating and used the same hands to pack the food for the customers.
No staff is ready to attend the customers.
Instead of waiting for 15 minutes, the staff in the cafeteria completely ignored us and behaved very rudely with us.
Will never visit this place again and will not advise someone else also to do so.

Worst shop in al ain with a rude owner with his attitude. Leave the food but the customer service is worst! Visit Rashid ali 10x better customer service and food.

Being rude to customers, bad food and hygiene. Very pricy and negative workers. Firstly i order a cocktail he told me it may take 10 to 15 (i am not used to that other cafeterias say only 10 min) then i told him no thank you, he seemed angry and said (mafy gerger zyada) “don’t talk alot” it was so annoying and poor customer service. If i can give them 0 start i will. I don’t advise you to eat there

The best chili sandwich in uae you will find in wadi al jazeera cafeteria, costs only three dirhams, paratas are fresh, staff are friend and quick to deliver, always visiting this place if I am at Alain
