Mumuso is one of the best retail store. They have a lot of products to offer. A korean brand. A very clean store. And staff are so accommodating and friendly. Their products are in good quality and not that expensive. Worth a visit.

The mall closes at 11pm as per the security and mall personnel. We went there at 10:46pm to buy 1 or 2 items that we need urgently but the staff are telling us it’s close already. Saying it’s close but their shop is still open. I understand that they want to go home on time but we just need 5mins to buy something. Very poor service. At 10:50pm we went inside bath and body shop which has the same closing time but still accommodated all customers who wish to come in.

Mumuso is a wonderful store where you can buy korean cosmetics. Their sakura toner is very good but currently out of stock. The staff were polite and helpful. We bought two soft toys today.

Mumuso Abu Dhabi Mall.
Located on the 2nd floor.
Besides the food court.
Lots of small gifts and novelty accessories and toys for children. Stationeries.
Friendly staff.
Mall parking is available.
Wheelchair accessible.

I want there on 22 evening around 7 it was so shocking to see staff being so unprofessional specially 2 phillies lady Staff . They were talking in their own language . no customer focused and we even noticed she hand over shopping bag to other customers and was not giving to some customers and it’s very important to treat all customers same . One thin girl she even talk in a rude way which was totally unacceptable . I really hope u guys will teach them how to do proper customer service and how to talk with customers.

Lost a customer for the cover of a plastic cup! Other shops will give gifts for regular customers, but they made me pay for broken plastic cover that was open on the shelf and it fell down when I grabbed it.

the shop looks great, items were very reasonable price and staff are very friendly and polite. its very good to shop and to buy gifts specially the perfumes nice scents..????????????????
