They have quality kitchen products being sold here, so if you like to setup your kitchen this is the place to go. Aside from products, they also have quality staff in-store, thank you to Ali and Larry for being so helpful when I visited. Such a lovely experience shopping here!

Specialized shop in home/ kitchen equipment. They offer various brands with high quality products. The staff and showroom manager are friendly, knowledgeable of their products and are keen to accommodate client requirements.

THERE ARE NO PROPER COMMUNICATION FROM THE STAFFS AND MANAGEMENT. WE ORDERED AN ITEM AND THE ITEM WE RECEIVED ARE HAVING ISSUE. THEY DID NOT EVEN CHECK THE ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING TO THE CUSTOMER.

THE BRANCH MANAGER ALSO IN ABU DHABI MALL IS VERY RUDE. DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH MANNERS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. THEY ARE ALSO NOT GIVING YOU ANY OTHER OPTIONS.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE OTHER GOOD ITEMS BUT THERE SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND VERY INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I bought my first item from Tavola: the Bialetti Brikka (moka pot). The staff were welcoming and can give good information about their products.
