The curtains are of very low quality and customer service is terrible. After the first year one of the rails detached from the ceiling, and I had to pay to have the piece replaced. The next year the stitching of the curtains unravelled and the curtains began to fall apart. When I contacted the company, they refused to send anyone over to fix the curtains even when I volunteered to pay for it. The service is both terrible and baffling.

Curtains are just fine , i like them , but customer service is unpredictable, get ur receipts right and check everything before paying , they might ask for more later

We have a bad experience, the sales staff discrimnate customers and make false promises and charge according to their promise. When they deliver half of the order is not as per promise. Finally the sales staff lie that they did not promise and make their owners believe that the customers are cheats. I will never again go to this unprofessional establishment. The worst experience in my 33 years stay in Abu Dhabi.

The worst people I've ever met.
Do not use this company! They promise a good service and as soon as you pay they do no work. We paid and they did half the work, made a big mess in the house, tired to tell us the work was done and they had not done it. Then they left. And promised a refund. As soon as they left they messaged saying they will not refund us at all.
This company is a joke and I can't say enough bad things about them.

Look at the reviews. Half of them are from themselves!! Joke!

The best place to buy curtains by far in AD, really value for money, with amazing samples and great material and installation quality. Top notch and highly recommended for any type of house or interior design (traditional, modern etc.). The installation and whole process is completed within days.

Very poor experience of stitching cushion covers. Gave a sample and still stitched wrong size. Curtains taken are just okay..

I called them to check if they can fix my curtains but the person who answered was super rude with an attitude ???????? no respect for the customers

Fabulous castle ruins with none of the usual health and safety “keep out” notices. Young kids would need close supervision.

I spent many holidays on this island absolutely fabulous so quite and peaceful we stayed in a Bothy which my employer shipped up from Surrey. Me, my brother and a friend assembled it on site. Our chat up line to the young ladies in Lochgilphead. Do you want to see our castle? Worked every time. Very happy memories.
