From my old experience in other salons, I never seen a staff as cheerful as the ones in Masdar Branch, they are the best girls that I ever met, they have that smile on their faces that makes you feel happy and want to do another service, you can feel the friendly vibes around you.

Starting from the reception to the smallest member in Nails Lounge.

Today they celebrate 20years!! My favourite nails saloon and staff, they already know my preferences, and I love their cute mugs and their smile and professionalism.

I visited this branch 1 time, but I am a fan of Nails since 2018. I changed my favorite nail salon from another brand after I was with them for 5 years. I found Nails is more friendly (no fake smile), cleaner, cozier, and not commercial like other nail salon. All the services are not pricey, hot drinks are offered for free and what i like most is the tipping locker for their staff. Keep it up, Nails. U really nail it!

The best nail salon ever! They offer imaginative nail art, not just drawings on the nails. Even their cleaning treatments are top-notch. I adore the interactions with the female employees; their sense of humor is exceptional. This aspect is particularly important to me.

More disappointed with each visit. All the good technicians are leaving and for the past 2-3 times I went there were new technicians. Unfortunately, the quality is low, my nail polish came off the same day most probably because it was too thick and old( bottle opened for too long) . For classic manicure and pedicure the colours are limited and always the same.

Very good, quick service & polite Dr. Only downside is very popular & no weekend slots so workers out of the local area may struggle to get an early appointment. But super friendly staff all are very proficient.
